Dear T,
I’ve worked at the same company for about 8 years, which is a long time to work anywhere in tech. I’m a product owner who is comfortable but almost too comfortable. I’m not challenged at all. I make decent enough money and feel like something is wrong with me. I got a promotion which I thought would help but it actually feels worse. I know this is a really privileged spot to be in with so many people out of work. Why does nothing excite me anymore? How do you get excited about something new?
Sincerely,
Bored AF.
