This week every single one of my social media feeds have been FLOODED by video clips and memes about our governor and the new VP candidate Tim Walz.
I’ve seen adorable videos of he and his daughter at the Minnesota State Fair (a hardcore staple for most Minnesotans). He’s making headlines like “Tim Walz Makes American Politics Funny Again” and “Walz Offers Democrats Pep Talk on Freedom, Jabs Trump With Smile.” These things feel good to read.
And of course, his amazingly loving and supportive relationship with his family, especially with his neurodivergent son, Gus.
In fact, an old friend of mine on Facebook said “Wow. FINALLY, a real role model for masculine vulnerability!”
People are IN LOVE with this man. And for good reason.
