I’m currently in the sky headed home on a delayed flight from DC back to Minneapolis.
This is the 8th trip I’ve taken this year and I’ll be honest, I’m a little tired.
I absolutely love traveling but there’s nothing like sleeping in your own bed, next to a chihuahua who hogs your pillow, a pug who can’t stop farting and a wheaten terrier who encourages you to play every single day.
Plus, Minneapolis in autumn is NOT TO BE MESSED WITH.
I spent the past few days meandering around Washington DC. My partner and I were awake for 22 hours following a VERY early flight and crammed in a ton of stuff in a small amount of time prior to the conference I spoke in.
